If you have a question about your bill, call Therapy Partners at (651) 748-4338. If you have a question about your care, look at the list of clinics , and call the clinic where you received your therapy. 

No. The change does not affect clinic or referral practices. Just keep referring patients the same way you alwyas have always. You might notice a wider choice of clinics and improved insurance coverage (for example, all clinics are now able to treat Preferred One patients). The wider choice of clinics is an advantage for your patients who might work and live in different areas—we have clinics conveniently located all across the Twin Cities and in Mankato. It might help to tell the patient the clinic is associated with Therapy Partners so they know the name when they register or receive a bill.

Our five clinics remain independent practices. We are combining resources to create an umbrella organization that reduces duplication and cost. Our goal is to improve services for all participating divisions and for their patients and referring physicians.

How can Therapy Partners improve patient care? 

Therapy Partners is designed to consolidate education, outcomes research, data gathering activities and other quality initiatives. Poised on the edge of practice management, Therapy Partners will combine services and share extensive resources to enhance each practice's long established history of providing superior patient care.

Therapy Partners is owned by OSI Physical Therapy. By pooling our administrative expertise, we have leveraged our ability to provide the best in clinical leadership and administration.

There are only two changes patients may notice. They will call our centralized phone number to pre-register, and they will see the Therapy Partners name on their billing statements. Patients and referring physicians will continue to contact the individual practices for clinical care and scheduling. We will continue to provide the highest-quality patient care you have come to know and trust from our independently owned clinics.

Patients and referring physicians can contact the individual clinics directly to schedule an appointment.

Yes. Your insurance company will be billed by Therapy Partners for all services occurring on or after October 1, 1999. Please note that billing for services before October 1 is handled by the individual clinic. For example, if you went to Creekside Physical Therapy in September and October, your insurance company would receive a bill from Creekside for services they performed in September, and a bill from Therapy Partners for services Creekside performed in October.
